On same Estate a casita was built where the owner stays occasionally. There is privacy and a large distance separates the buildings. The Casita can be rented too for an additional fee with enough pre-notice.

4×4 recommended in the region. Fly from SJO to Quepos. ( 20 min) This airport is about 25 minutes from the house. We can organize transportation for you. Otherwise we can have a driver picking you up at SJO or drive yourself with a rental car. You’ll get to the house in about 3 hours.
